A residential building for seasonal use will be built in the KROTIRIA locality on the regulated lot ІV -206 of the plan map of the lands of the town of Pomorie . It is situated on a terrain with a size of 1 , 521 sq . m., and is with a built-up area of 699 sq . m. , with parking lots, and grassy space . The unfolded built-up area is 3 , 097 sq . m. and will consist of:
- a ground-level floor with 11 studios and 4 two-room apartments ;
- 2 standard-type floors consisting of 8 two-room apartments and 4 studios each ;
- a terraced top floor consisting of 1 four-room, 2 three-room, 2 two-room apartments, and 3 studios .
The building has been planned as a monolithic type of reinforced concrete structure . The outside enclosing walls are 25 cm. of masonry work of ceramic bricks insulated from the outside by an effective thermo-insulation such as has been planned for the roof and for the bottoms of the oriels and the balconies . All the insulation layers have been planned: vapor insulation, heat insulation, and hydro insulation ; the installations: water supply and sewerage, heating and ventilation, electrical wiring, phone lines, intercom, lightning conduction, and internet – all in accordance with the legal requirements, and also the necessary infrastructure . The joinery work is made of PVC profiles with glass packets . The entrance doors of the apartments are veneered and the inside doors are made of MDF . Decoration plasters have been planned for the façades . Parapets are planned to be open-work, of metal, in architectural elements, powder coated in color as per the RAL.
The buildings will be built in a new residential area that is currently being developed with luxury type buildings in immediate proximity to the sea and the beach strip , with a park area for walking.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
The payment for the dwelling or the shop that you have chosen may be made in 4 installments as follows:
- first installment - 30% of the amount at the signing of the sales and purchase contract;
- second installment - 50% of the amount when construction work up to the ‘rough structure’ phase has been completed;
- third installment - 10% of the amount at the signing of the ‘sample 16’ statement of facts;
- fourth installment - 10% of the amount when the last ownership conveyance formalities have been performed at the notary’s office;
