The site (shown in pink on map ) is located by a secluded semi private bay on the Black Sea Coast The site is one of six pieces of land (shown in purple on map) that share access and privileges for use of the beach and have been recently granted outline planning permission for the development of a series of low level holiday villas and related entertainment, sports and infrastructure facilities.
All six sites have outline planning permission for low level development. Permission for adjaset land or any land within view of six parcels of land will not be granted permission for future development. This is part of the local council’s initiative to create high quality
