The Horizon project will be built in the town of Pomorie on regulated lot ІV - 5071, block 236 on the zone map of the town of Pomorie in the Malkoto Ezero locality. It will consist of a residential and an office building which are interconnected, with separate entrances, staircase cells, and lifts . It is situated on a terrain with a size of 753 sq . m. with a built-up area of 568 sq . m . The unfolded built up area is 3222 sq . m. , of which 377 sq . m. are shops , 1098 sq . m. are for offices, and the rest are apartments .

Residential Building

With overall unfolded area of 2 , 123 . 85 sq . m. and will consist of:

- 8 shops with a trading area of sq . m. ;

- 4 residential floors , consisting of 17 two-room , 3 three-room apartments, and 1 studio ;

- a terraced top floor , consisting of 1 duplex loft and 1 studio .

Office Building

With overall unfolded area of 1 , 098.5 sq . m. and will consist of :

- a bank office with an area of 133,32 sq . m. ;

- 4 standard-type floors, 2 separate offices being envisaged in each floor;

- a terrace-type top floor , consisting of 2 separate offices .

The buildings will be built in a new residential area that is currently being developed with luxury type buildings in the central area of the town , in the immediate proximity of the sea and the beach strip , a mud therapy centre , a park area for sports and walking .

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The payment for the dwelling or the shop that you have chosen may be made in 4 installments as follows:

- first installment - 30% of the amount at the signing of the sales and purchase contract;

- second installment - 50% of the amount when construction work up to the ‘rough structure’ phase has been completed;

- third installment - 10% of the amount at the signing of the ‘sample 16’ statement of facts;

- fourth installment - 10% of the amount when the last ownership conveyance formalities have been performed at the notary’s office;

PRICES

Option 1 – " up to pipe plug" prices in EURO without VAT:

- shops and offices - from 1050 €/м2

- apartments - from 840 €/м2

Option 2 - " turnkey" prices in EURO without VAT:

- apartments - from 1000 €/м2
