The “DOROTEYA Residential Building” project will be built in the town of Pomorie on regulated lot ІХ - 5134, block 244 , of the town plan of the town of Pomorie , in the ‘Malkoto Ezero’ locality . It is situated on a terrain with the size of 526 sq . m. with a built-up area of 410 sq . m. , parking lots, and a grassy area . The unfolded built-up area is 2 , 483 sq . m. and it will consist of:

- 6 shops with trading area of 382 sq . m.;

- 3 standard-type floors consisting of 3 two-room and 3 three-room apartments;

- a fourth floor consisting of 4 two-room and 2 three-room apartments;

- a terraced top floor consisting of 3 two-room s and 1 three-room apartment.

The buildings will be built in a new residential area that is currently being developed with luxury type buildings in the central area of the town in immediate proximity to the sea and the beach strip, a mud therapy centre , a park area for sports and walking .

METHODS OF PAYMENT

The payment for the dwelling or the shop that you have chosen may be made in 4 installments as follows:

- first installment - 30% of the amount at the signing of the sales and purchase contract;

- second installment - 50% of the amount when construction work up to the ‘rough structure’ phase has been completed;

- third installment - 10% of the amount at the signing of the ‘sample 16’ statement of facts;

- fourth installment - 10% of the amount when the last ownership conveyance formalities have been performed at the notary’s office;

Option 2 - " turnkey" prices in EURO without VAT:
