TELEMAH building company was established in the year 2000 in the city of Sofia .

TELEMAH Ltd is a modern flourishing company in the field of building management. We are active in the complex building planning and construction of luxury residential and public properties. Our basic company priorities and business-ethics criteria are competence, professionalism, and quality in behalf of the client .

In 2000, our company began with the construction of 2 residential buildings – a residential building in Sofia at 14 Kniaz Boris Street, and a residential building on regulated lot ІІ-756,757,758, block 6 , of the town plan of the town of Pomorie, with completion date in 2001. The deadline for the completion of the construction and mounting work for the first two TELEMAH buildings was met . The quality of our work, which is one of the priorities of the company, is on a par with the quality of the work of our colleagues of long standing in this branch of business. To this contribute not only the high-quality building materials that we use, but also the application of knowledge and skills as well as of tools, new technologies, and proper construction machinery for the completion of the projects and in order to achieve the goals and requirements that have been set.

So far, TELEMAH has been able by its own investments to successfully complete the following building projects : residential cooperative buildings in the city of Sofia at Carnegie Street, Kniaz Boris Street, Elin Pelin Street, Simeonovsko Shosse Blvd., and also in the town of Pomorie, with an overall unfolded built-up area of 12 000 sq. m.

Using our own investments as well as outside investments, TELEMAH has been able to complete the cine-theatre and the community cultural centre in the town of Pomorie

The company has been able to complete for outside investors the following projects: single-family homes in the city of Sofia in the neighborhoods of Dragalevtsi, Boiana, and Simeonovo, and in the village of Bistritsa, in the town of Bankia, in the town of Pomorie, in the town of Sozopol, in the village of Ravda; also, private hotels in the town of Sozopol, in the villa zone Zora – municipality of Nessebar; hotel Tedi-2, hotel Milenia, the Krim and Privileg villas, and hotel Manz-2 in the town of Pomorie ;

TELEMAH has done the remodeling of the following hotels : hotel Parnas in the town of Sozopol, hotel Pomorie in the Sunny Beach resort, the recently built hotel Karlovo-2 in the Sunny Beach resort;

An industrial building which we have built with outside investments is the workshop for making joinery and glass packets in the town of Balgarovo.

Since 25th November, 2004, TELEMAH Ltd. is a regular member of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber /BCC/ where we are registered under number 10646.

In December 2006, company TELEMAH was awarded the ISO 9001:2000 certificate by the Germanischer Lloyd Certification GmbH with certification number QS-4267 HH.

In January 2008 TELEMAH Ltd. was entered in the BCC's Central Professional Construction Registry with certificate № I-000406.
